No Returns & No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any products or services once a purchase has been made.
Exceptions – Rare Circumstances
Refunds or exchanges may be granted only in the following exceptional cases:
- The item was received in a defective or damaged condition (must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence).
- The wrong item was shipped due to an error on our part.
- A refund is required by law under applicable consumer protection regulations.
How to Request an Exception
