Shipping Within the United States

Thank you for shopping with us! Below you will find details about our shipping policy for orders within the United States.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped on the next available Thursday. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver your orders:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • UPS (United Parcel Service)
  • FedEx
  • DHL Express

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on the shipping method selected:

  • USPS: Typically delivers within 3-7 business days after shipping.
  • UPS: Typically delivers within 2-5 business days after shipping.
  • DHL Express: DHL delivery hours are between 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday in the US. DHL doesn't offer weekend or holiday delivery in the US.
  • FedEx: Delivers to all 50 states and Canada, with delivery times of 1–5 business days in the continental U.S

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Use the provided tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. At this time, we do not ship internationally.

  • If/When we are able to ship internationally, International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which the customer is responsible for.

Delays and Exceptions

While we strive to meet our shipping timelines, please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays, carrier issues, or high order volumes may impact delivery times. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

  • Estimated delivery times vary based on location. We are not responsible for delays due to shipping carriers.
